Your data, your rights.
You can ask for a copy of everything we hold about you, or ask us to erase it. Both are free, and we respond within 30 days.
What happens next
What we keep, and why
When you ask us to erase your data, we remove every detail that identifies you β name, email, phone, and what you wrote to us.
We keep the technical record: what the fault was and what fixed it. Once your details are gone, that content cannot be traced back to you, and it is what lets us solve the same problem faster for the next person.
We also keep internal engineering notes, because those name and assess our own staff β they are their personal data as well as yours.
Very occasionally a case is subject to a legal dispute and must be retained. If that applies to you, we say so explicitly rather than quietly doing less than you asked.
Unhappy with how we handled this? You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
